I grew up being bullied every day of my life, only to come home to abuse. I had no friends and I didn't know how to talk to people.
I was that shy, weird, & autistic kid that nobody wanted to talk to. I was selectively mute, too anxious to open my mouth and speak to anyone who wasn’t family. My social anxiety was through the roof and you could see me shaking from fear whenever anyone so much as said hi.
As I grew up, I denied my own needs to please others.
I dated emotionally unavailable people who were sucking the life out of me.
I would chase and chase, give my entire heart to someone who wouldn’t look twice my way.
And one day, I finally said no more.
Why am I putting myself through such deep suffering when I could choose to heal?
My first spiritual awakening crashed down on me like a pile of bricks, and gave me the tools I needed to level up. I decided if I could become the best version of myself, I would change my entire life forever. I chose to heal.
One night while I was in a deep state of meditation, I found out the secret to loving yourself and releasing your inner child from trauma. I realized how anyone could learn how to cultivate lifelong connections without draining themselves. I attracted the love of my life after endless nights of chasing the wrong people.
I now experience true intimacy and abundance in all of my friendships and my relationship. I feel at home sharing my heart and soul with complete strangers. I feel lighter and happier from finally freeing my inner child and I get to teach you the secrets so you can have this too.
